"The company completed their initial public offering (IPO) of common stock in May of 2009 at a price of $20.00 per share. "In the company’s latest reported third quarter, sales increased approximately 20% to $17.0 million from $14.2 million in the third quarter of last year. "OpenTable reported earnings per share of $.07 in the latest reported third quarter versus $.03 in the same quarter of last year. "Clients of Oberweis Asset Management own approximately 32,000 shares. These shares may be appropriate for risk oriented investors." |
